Had fairly nice stay in this amazing hotel, the staff were fast, location was stunning to the advertised area. Booked a room for barking air conditioning.

Amiable and cooperative people are working there. The location is particularly good, it's in Al Hamra district so close to restaurants and other attractions and beach and restaurants and a lake.

Truly enjoyed Jeddah, the hotel was absolutely amazing to the advertised area. The breakfast was satisfactory with variety of meals to choose from. Everything was good, nonetheless a few employees were not professional. The location offered was good and magnificent next to restaurants and other attractions, and the center of city.

We were offered a great-sized room for barking air conditioning. Location: the hotel was near restaurants and other attractions and Jeddah. There was Bridge Cafe nearby to grab something to eat.

The hotel had a convenient location and was easily accessible by taxis and ubers. the breakfast was good with a variety of options to choose from. the room service was prompt and efficient. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to make a late check-out.

The housekeeping services were not up to the mark and could have paid more attention to details. the room cleaning was untimely, interrupting my sleep at 11:30 pm.

It made our trip to Jeddah a perfect experience. The hotel was fairly clean with excellent co-operating staff and satisfactory breakfast.

This hotel is conveniently situated with easily available taxis and Ubers. The staff are courteous and welcoming, with helpful receptionists who assisted with late check-out. The breakfast was varied and good quality.

Had a great experience during New Year's eve! The complementary chocolate and champagne offered was a nice touch. Location was perfect, close to all the festivities. The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the city.

The parking was very limited and we had trouble finding a spot to park our car. Unfortunately, the breakfast options were limited and not appealing.

The room is spacious and above average in size. The location is excellent. The reservations staff were helpful with a problem, allowing an early check-in and upgrading to a suite with breakfast. The staff are welcoming and the room has a large LCD screen and good lighting and air conditioning. The bathroom is also comfortable.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at Mercure. The location is great, close to shopping and Jeddah Corniche Water Fountain. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I recommend this hotel!
